TextKernel tool to help recruiters efficiently and
objectively select the most qualified and suitable
candidate for a job position.
Your application will be automatically processed by
TextKernel to identify your skills and your professional
experience using keywords selected by the
recruiter.
TextKernel employs algorithms to sort your application
based on their relevance to the search criteria set by
the recruiter (skills, professional experience,..). Your
application will be classified by Textkernel according
to the keywords identified by the recruiter for the
position he or she is looking to fill.
The recruiter will then analyse the list of candidates
suggested by TextKernel and decide who will be retained
for the rest of the recruitment process. The final
decision is not based exclusively on an automated
processing, with a human intervention to take the
decision.
You have the right to contest the decision using
automated technology and also the right to request a
human review in order to obtain a re-examination of your
